David has a special appreciation for the dynamic nature of the design process and how it integrates with the construction process. His exceptional technical skills and experience in managing large, complex projects enable him to facilitate the delivery of quality documentation and construction administration services.
As an architect highly versed in technical design and construction, David brings exceptional insight and input to the development of building systems design and inter-discipline coordination as well as construction field issues. In addition, his experience as a development manager provides a project perspective from the view of the client.
David’s recent clients include A. J. Gallagher, Convexity, and CMK Development.
Before co-founding Daccord, David was Associate Principal at Perkins+ Will, Senior Vice President of Architecture at McClier, Associate Principal at Braun Skiba Architects and at SOM.
David has a Bachelor of Sciences in Architecture from University of Illinois at Chicago, is a LEED AP with the USGBC.
