Josh Bialk

Josh’s many years of experience with Daccord allows him to leverage the firm’s best practices and successful methodology in design and construction management for our clients’ benefit.  His ability to listen and interpret results using a highly skilled approach, allows him to identify and resolve key issues from conceptual budgeting to solutions during construction.

Josh’s passion stems from direct construction experience with his family’s business. As a result, he has a unique understanding of the issues that arise on projects for our clients with trades, contractors, scheduling, and pricing.. His background provides him with an understanding of how to manage multiple party activities into a cohesive whole. Josh’s recent clients include Phoenix Development, Bricton Group, Becker Ventures, and Maven Real Estate Partners.

Josh has an industrial technology degree from Eastern Illinois University with an emphasis on Construction Project Management and a minor in Business Administration. His educational background in scheduling and budgeting and various other fields like mechanical and electrical engineering, allows him to coordinate with consultants across all disciplines and evaluate various financial and accounting components.
