Daccord has been working with CMK Development since late 2004 – these projects represent the 5th and 6th major condominium buildings handled by Daccord for CMK in the Chicago area. Daccord has provided CMK with additional project management services on several office and retail projects in the Chicago area as well as for residential developments in Florida, Anguilla – BWI, and in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
