Len’s extensive business and operational background gives him an innate understanding of the broader influences that affect projects. As a result, he is particularly adept at assessing priorities and developing solutions to complicated problems.
As an architect with extensive experience in design and build, Len brings a comprehensive knowledge and expertise to the management of all aspects of project delivery from project inception through completion. Len’s background allows him to understand the issues facing owners and all the project team members and to implement the strategies necessary to overcome them. Len’s recent clients include A.J. Gallagher, Oxford Capital Group, and Becker Ventures.
Before co-founding Daccord, Len was COO of the Chicago office of Perkins + Will as well as its National Operations Director and a member of its Board of Directors. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Architecture and Engineering at McClier Corporation after the merger with his own practice, Braun Skiba Architects.
Len has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he graduated with Honors and High Distinction in Design. He is a LEED AP with the USGBC and has held architectural licenses in dozens of States.
