Olga Mirkin

Olga’s focused construction project management experience and business background provides her with a unique perspective of all sides of a project team. This allows her to anticipate potential challenges before they happen, and develop clear solutions and recommendations to our clients.

As an engineer with general contracting experience in commercial construction, Olga brings a multi-faceted knowledge to the management of project implementation. Her understanding of the full cycle of a project; conceptual pricing and scheduling, design team needs, and contractor’s perspective and concerns, allow her to manage the design and construction phase of a project through closeout. Olga’s recent client’s included Oxford Capital Group, Quadrum Global, and Hunter Pasteur.

Prior to joining Daccord, Olga was a project manager with Bulley & Andrews for a variety of projects and clients. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Tashkent Institute of Design & Construction and Israel Institute of Technology. Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, she then moved to Israel before eventually relocating to Chicago and becoming a US Citizen. Olga’s path here, much like her career, has afforded her the opportunity to see many varying perspectives in education and business, and apply that perspective and knowledge to benefit her clients.
