Senior Associate
Todd brings over 30 years of development and real estate experience to the Daccord team with projects ranging from single family homes to large mixed-use buildings, for some of the larger developers in Chicago. His direct experience in managing design and construction teams on at-risk projects allows him to effectively guide teams with different or competing priorities and get them to align to produce the best results.
Todd has significant experience in construction, tax credit development, TIF work, project analysis, due diligence, zoning, community outreach, and permitting oversight. He provides a unique skill set toward understanding the broader issues facing developers, clients, and the larger project team to achieve the best path forward to success. Todd’s recent clients include Phoenix Development, A.J Gallagher, and Oxford Capital Group.
Prior to joining Daccord, Todd has worked for Kenard Corporation, Chicago Urban Properties, Habitat Corporation, The Enterprise Companies, Morgan Group, and MCZ Development. He’s a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and minor in Economics.
