Daccord leads the way on the latest in the Godfrey hotel chain for Oxford Capital and Hunter Pasteur in historic Corktown Detroit. The seven-story, 275-room luxury boutique hotel includes a 300-person (5,100 sq. ft.) ballroom, and an indoor/outdoor rooftop bar called IO Lounge with operable windows, retractable skylight, and spectacular views of downtown Detroit. In addition to hotel rooms, the newly constructed building will feature four meeting spaces, two bars, a fitness center, and Hamilton’s restaurant, which will offer American fare and open later this year. The Detroit hotel is the 5th Godfrey hotel in the country.
